Everybody in the Service Department is professional and helpful. I usually work with Edgar and he is very knowledgeable about cars. Plus they always offer a ride and the waiting area is very comfortable. The true wait times are as estimated and they do an awesome job.

Personnel were polite and helpful and the service was done as requested. However, I had the tires rotated on the vehicle during this visit. The vehicle developed a vibration afterwards. I had already scheduled a return visit to have another repair made. While at the second visit I asked if the tires had been balanced when they were rotated. Turns out they weren't because that is not routine in your shop. I had the tires balanced for an additional fee. This would have required another appointment had I not already scheduled the other repair work previously. Bottom line, I think that tire balancing should always be part of a tire rotation at a professional shop and would have been nice to know that it is not included routinely. I found this to be poor customer service and an added inconvenience.
