Service deptment made an error , put the wrong size tire on our car. We got home and discovered it and called the service dept. they had us drive the car back to check it. Then sent us home while they ordered one. Then we would come back to have in mounted. They should have ordered the tire and then had us come in. Not suppose to drive an all wheel vehicle with different size tires. The extra trip put an extra 50 miles on the car unnecessarily. When they got the tire they said they had no available time to put it on. Now we will be without the car until sometime next week. Great way to treat loyal customers who have bought several vehicles and had service done many times. That will probably change!!

I feel like I was severely gouged by your service depth. I am completely satisfied with the help I recieved from Troy the service writer. Charging me 2 hour's to install kicker sound system in the tailgate which has only one wire to connect it to power is a complete ripoff!

As a senior citizen I have purchased many cars over the years. Findlay GMC is without question the best experience in new car purchase I have ever had. The customer service from sales to finance to service to General Mgr was well beyond what is expected. The customer service focus is part of Findlay Corporate Culture. Our sales person was John Nagle who exemplified that culture with attention to detail and follow through. Our experience was a total non-pressure sale and we are more than happy with the result.
