I took my 2016 Chevy Colorado in for the 30000 mile service and they finished in half the time expected. When I went to pick it up Jason informed me that they found that three of the tabs that hold the air cleaner cover in place were broken off or cracked and it needed to be replaced. Not only did they offer to replace the cover free of charge, they got it in and installed within 3 days. I’m very happy with the professional service they provide and highly recommend it to others.

I had my car repaired by the service department. They did there best to give me a very much needed repair under the hood. It seemed to me to be expensive, but in the lang run the truck runs like it should.
Our service consultant Jason was extremely helpful since this was our first visit to Findlay GMC in Prescott, AZ after the purchase of our new GMC Sonoma. You have a great man accommodating the people who need car work done. It does take sometime to get in and I feel you need some more mechanics to keep the repair from being so long. Also, there was an item that I had to go back to the garage to get fixed. The continual review of each item to be repaired and look over must be foremost in your repair. I am now on the list to come to see you again because the truck has an issue I have to return to the shop was before we can say "the truck was good to go.".
