Personnel were polite and helpful and the service was done as requested. However, I had the tires rotated on the vehicle during this visit. The vehicle developed a vibration afterwards. I had already scheduled a return visit to have another repair made. While at the second visit I asked if the tires had been balanced when they were rotated. Turns out they weren't because that is not routine in your shop. I had the tires balanced for an additional fee. This would have required another appointment had I not already scheduled the other repair work previously. Bottom line, I think that tire balancing should always be part of a tire rotation at a professional shop and would have been nice to know that it is not included routinely. I found this to be poor customer service and an added inconvenience.

Just want to give a shout out to Findlay Buick GMC of Prescott. These guys were amazing to deal with in the service Dept. After having a major blow out with my local Chevy dealer that I have been using for 18years. (They are going through a personal change and employee issues). Chevrolet recommended I go to my local GMC dealer. All I can say is it is amazing how customer service can change your opinion of a brand both good or bad. I will never step foot in my local Chevy dealer again and it was to a point where I was going have to get rid of the Chevy brand 20 car fleet on mine do to poor service and go with another American Brand. I have been a life long Chevy man. So if you find yourself in my position with a Chevy and not receiving good customer service go see Cody in the GMC service Dept.

I went in for me 60,000 mile service on my 2020 canyon, I was happy with the quality of work and with the sales/service associates. I was a little disappointed that such an expensive maintenance was due on the truck only 5000 miles after I purchased it. I would’ve thought that those kinds of things were just taken care of before the vehicle was sold. However, overall, my experience with Findley has always been positive.

Bryant Colton did an excellent job in selling this car. I was very pleased with his thoroughness in explaining the various features of the car. The only thing the dealership should examine is the background music playing. Not conducive to working through the details of the sale and financing.

This review is not about the service performed. The sewrvice performed was, as always, quick and easy. However this dealership used to send service discount coupons through the mail, which we received regularly but no longer receive. I have asked about this at every visit and have been told that all coupons now come via e-mail, no problem EXCEPT I have given the service writers my e-mail address on at least 4 different occasions, at the next service visit I ask about the coupons, they look at my account, and there is no e-mail address on file SO it gets added again and again and again. I have yet to receive an email with the promised discount coupon. The 5% off I have been offered since I dont have a coupon is a joke.
