I went in for my service appt early due to my work schedule and needing a ride to work. When I arrived, I found out the shuttle driver didn't start for another hour. The Service dept. contacted their adjoining Toyota dealership, and Toyota's shuttle driver was able to give me a ride and get me to work on time. I appreciate Findlay for being creative in their ways of making sure their customers are taken care of.
Very friendly. I was past closing when the wrecker was able to get my truck there. I had called ahead and talked to the service manager. Sorry can’t remember his name. He was rhere and showed us where to take it off the wrecker. He then took the keys and told me because the next day was Veterans Day he’d be short handed in the shop. He said it would probably be Monday before he could get it into the shop to check it out. He was. Very polite and made me feel my truck was in good hands

The staff immediately addressed my needs, verified the part I needed was in stock, and then began service of my truck. I was told the process would take approximately an hour; however, the service only took about 40 minutes. Outstanding!
I had the pleasure of working with Teresa Altamiramo. I had a specific vehicle in mind and she worked hard to find it. l also like that we did everything online without me having to call someone and also that they brought the papers and my new car to my home and I did not have to go into dealership.
