Confirmed Service Customer
This review is not about the service performed. The sewrvice performed was, as always, quick and easy. However this dealership used to send service discount coupons through the mail, which we received regularly but no longer receive. I have asked about this at every visit and have been told that all coupons now come via e-mail, no problem EXCEPT I have given the service writers my e-mail address on at least 4 different occasions, at the next service visit I ask about the coupons, they look at my account, and there is no e-mail address on file SO it gets added again and again and again. I have yet to receive an email with the promised discount coupon. The 5% off I have been offered since I dont have a coupon is a joke.
