Great customer service. Charging retail for parts when most are available online with free delivery at significant discounts is the only downside. Dealership should consider giving discounts especially to those customers that have bought repeatedly from the dealership and take vehicle to service on a regular basis. Doesn't have to be for all customers, only those that have shown to provide regular business through purchase and repairs.
My experience with the service, sales and finance departments continues to be outstanding. Every time I set foot in the dealership, I feel that my interaction and satisfaction are important to everyone. I know that Findlay sells many different brands of vehicles across all of their dealerships. For future car purchases, I will stick with Findlay dealerships and staff, especially with GMC products.
