Things are not optimal everywhere right now. Covid, chips, etc. That was factored into the ratings. Andrew Azarsa (sales) and Johnny Miramon (finance) were great. They were pros with personality. Any issues were addressed and action was taken. If we could rate them as individuals they would have 5 stars and they are the only reason we might refer the dealership. Ex:Only buy if Andrew is your salesguy and you have him hand you over to Johnny, otherwise there is serious risk involved. We asked numerous times to speak to supervisors and dealership managers to be given the run around and just get Andrew as our contact time and time again even when our issue was above his knowlege or pay grade at that time. He did his job as our salesperson. You aren't so busy that you need to keep sending your saleman to face us. There were barely any cars on the lot, same with customers. You have the time, just not the will. If we drove up again the 2 hrs one way would we get to talk to a dealership manager? We now wonder if there isn't one there and they wouldn't just say so. We even had to call GM to open a case to get answers and have them fill Findlay in on what the simple deal was with our new truck. Another dealership closer to us went on their computrs to fill us in on the dealer details on a truck they knew we bought from somewhere else. What are we to do when every time we called Findlay the inventory person was always on "vacation" and had access to answers salespeople did not? Disappointing when every other dealership had every employee falling over themselves to help us out. They have Andrew and Johnny. Maybe they think that's enough.
