Chuck Morgan in sales has been great to work with. He has gone above and beyond to help with the quality issues that we have experienced with the 2020 GMC 3500. The service department, especially Brian, the service manager, Daryl, the mechanic, and the parts guy, Vinnie have all bent over backyards to try to resolve the infotainment, electronic problems inherit in the 2020 GMC 3500. It has been incredibly frustrating that GMC would put out a truck with all the problems that it has. The team at Findley has been great!!! I have been buying GMC trucks since the early 1970's and have been a loyal customer to the GMC brand, having had maybe a dozen or so, but the 2020 truck for initial quality has not been to the GMC standard I expect.
