I had a horrible experience with another dealership on the first service of my 2020 GMC Denali. Finlay GMC corrected what they missed and also noted there were three service bulletins on my vehicle that the prior dealership neglected to tell me. Findlay GMC scheduled to get these corrected right away, which was during this visit on 6/22. All went well and the vehicle was ready within the timeframe estimated. One of the service bulletins was to remove a heat shield on a DEF sensor that could possibly hold debris and accelerate corrosion on the sensor. I chose to leave the heat shield on and it was not a problem. Thank you to Jason and Brian for taking good care of me.
