When I called the Service Center I spoke with Service Writer Jason concerning two recall notices that I received from the GMC Factory. I told him that since I bought my 2017 LTZ Silverado truck from Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff, that I had not established a service representative in Prescott. Jason was very helpful and courteous and after taking my vehicle VIN he immediately found the two recalls and scheduled a appointment the very next day to remedy the problems. When I brought in my vehicle he obtained the necessary information and had a driver take me to my home since they would require the truck for 4 hours. He called me at home 3 hours later indicating the truck was completed. When I picked up the truck he showed me the repairs that where done. I was also impressed that he insured that seat and floor covering were installed and took the time to disinfect areas of the vehicle that had human contact (steering wheel, door handles, etc.) to minimize and protect against COVID 19 exposure. Jason was very professional and courteous and I was very impressed with his customer service approach. I have been so impressed with the Findlay organization that I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Sequoia Platinum. I would highly recommend Findlay Group to all my friends.
