Treated with respect and they got me in earlier than my appointment, which made me happy so I didn't have to leave with work traffic. They discussed what they were doing before taking the truck in. So many times older people aren't treated with respect and that isn't the case at Findlay. I try to make appointments so I can do several things in one trip since I live in Chino Valley and am on a limited income. Thank you.
