The upfront sales experience was very good. After I signed the contract everyone disappeared. There was not a new car orientation, they didn���t proved the second key to my new car. The feeling I got was you signed see ya.

Tom and everyone in the service department are always so welcoming and helpful. Tom helped me this time but in the past Cory and Edgar have been great too. It���s typically pretty easy to book service if you call ahead and it���s always done in a timely manner.

Our Sales person 'Chuck Morgan' was the kindest & most friendly Sales person we've ever encountered buying a new vehicle. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. No high pressure sell, but instead helping us to make our decision between the Acadia Denali & the Acadia AT4. We chose the Acadia AT4. After our purchase he spent time with us showing and explaining all the bells and whistles and new technology of this vehicle, setting up our trials with 'On Star' and 'Sirius XM'. All the people at Findlay Buick/GMC in Prescott were very nice, willing to help and answer questions. We highly recommend doing business with Findlay Prescott.

Andrew was perfect! His character and my trust in him made all the difference. Best experience ever! The truck is exactly what I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was nice and I never felt pressured or rushed. My questions were answered in detail. Getting through lending was extremely quick, clear, and again no pressure and very enjoyable. Aaron the Sale Manager was personable and worked with Andrew to get the right deal in place. I appreciate everyone and am a happy new GMC owner!
