Would have been 5 stars but the service department used an old phone number from old computer records, which was no longer in service, to try to contact me instead of the current phone number that I wrote down on the paper work that was given to me when I arrived. As a result I never heard back from the service department until I called asking what was going of with my vehicle and if the work had been completed.

HAD ELECTRIC STEPS INSTALLED ON THE PICK UP. THE TRUCK SITS HIGH AND WAS DIFFICULT FOR PEOPLE TO INTO AND OUT OF THE TRUCK. MANY OF OUR FRIENDS ARE OLDER, SOME WITH PHYSICAL PROBLEMS, IT WAS HARD FOR THEM. THE ELECTRIC STEPS HELPED A LOT. THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL AND LOOKS GREAT. GOOD JOB. THANKS

I had to come in for a routine oil change and I worked with Cody this time. He helped me out with a few questions about my truck. One important one was if he could have the brake pads checked because somewhere else where I had to go get new tires because it was an emergency situation told me I needed a new brake pads immediately and rotors, Cody had them checked during the service and he was very fair and honest and said that they weren���t necessary at this time. As a woman and someone who doesn���t know much about vehicles I have been take advantage of at different auto places in the past and this to me. This just proved the quality and integrity of the dealership, and I really respect that.
